We aim to respond to all email enquiries within 24 hours. If you have not heard back from us within that time, please contact us by telephone in case your original email or our response has gone astray.

Booking Conditions

We ask you for a deposit of 25% of the total cost of your stay on confirmation of your reservation, and a further 25% 30 days prior to arrival.  If you cancel, we will retain 25% of the total cost for a cancellation made more than 30 days before your arrival date, and 50% for a cancellation of less than 30 days prior to arrival. We accept cheques and bank transfers, but not bank or credit cards (please contact us re overseas cheques).
